What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a marketing funnel? Why is it important for every marketer to have one?

It's a marketing strategy that you employ to persuade potential customers to buy your products. It is a selling method where a customer visits your website looking for information that can help to solve a particular issue. You can build a rapport with every person you meet using certain tools.

This will allow you to understand the visitors' needs. This will help you to provide the most accurate information to all your visitors. If you gain the trust of a visitor, they will be more likely to buy your products. The visitor then becomes a client.

At some point, many customers turn into very loyal customers who are ready to purchase just about every product that your website promotes. Marketing funnels are a collection of the various steps that are involved in turning a website visitor to a customer who will buy anything you sell.

This is the ultimate objective of every online marketer. This can easily be accomplished by constructing a funnel that is well-designed.

Your efforts to market are capturing the attention of people, and bringing them into your funnel. When they fill out your PERSONAL form, they are automatically enrolled in into the funnel. Because nobody is going to opt-in on your business' lead capture page. I have said "personal". They want to join a leader and not a business.

Lead capture pages are the entry point to the funnel. When they click "Signup Now" or "Enter There" and they'll be able to enter a completely new concept of network marketing.

It's their decision. It's their choice. They don't have anything to offer you other than yourself as a leader and mentor, and as someone who can help them get more leads into their business.

This is how a typical advertising funnel works.

The "front-end", you can make a promotional offer that will draw and attract potential customers who might be interested in buying your product further down the sales funnel. In order to get the product for free, users must sign up (also known as opt-in) and provide their email address as well as their name, and in turn they are added to your email list.

You now have these people in your email list and you can offer them similar offers that might interest them.

Signing up for the complimentary offer will take you to a webpage with low-price offers or a "trip wire offer". This is where they move into the "back-end of the funnel."

If they buy the low-priced offer, they'll be taken on to a second similar offer for a higher cost (normally called"upsell") "upsell"). The person will also be transferred to the next offer if they buy the same offer at a higher price. This process can continue for several more.
